How much do you charge?
Whether it’s a curious friend or a random phone call, I get asked this question a lot. However, my answer is usually, “It depends!” Every home is so different and we try to customize a plan for each home.
Typically you can expect to pay twice as much for the initial ‘first visit’. Most maids either charge a flat rate for each cleaning after that, or a set hourly rate. My company charges hourly rates when we do move in/ move out cleans or deep cleans which have an extensive work order list. Most of the time, we will quote flat rates for weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks maintenance visits (starting price is $75 for weekly, ex: 2 br 1 bath) your weekly rate will be the lowest, followed by biweekly and monthly.
