Move-in Or Move-Out Home Cleaning

Moving? Whether you are leaving or about to move in to a new space, this is our "Empty House Cleaning".

This is one of our most labor intensive services we offer. Before or After the movers do their thing, our crew of sparkle bosses come in to make your new or old home shine! Also great for rental property turnovers. Because the home is empty we can clean out the insides of cabinets, drawers, and closets. Dirt will have no place to hide!

Additional areas above and beyond our standard 50 pt checklist that we clean for move out are as follows:

• Wipe down all exterior AND interior of cabinets and drawers in kitchen and bathrooms
• Dust walls and shelves in closets throughout home
• Hand wash baseboards in all rooms
• Wash interior window glass and window sills
• Hand wash the light fixtures and light globes
• Clean out interior and exterior of all kitchen appliances like inside oven and inside fridge
