Whole Home 50 Point Checklist
Bedrooms
- Hand Dust all furniture + Lift and wipe décor on horizontal surfaces
- Vacuum Carpet – including under beds Dust Ceiling fans and air vents/returns
- Dry Wipe/ Dust baseboards (or vacuum)
- Clean mirrors and wipe glass tops
- Wash sliding glass doors if applicable
- Vacuum Hard Floors and Damp Mop
- Clean door handles and light switches
- Dust window blinds and window ledges
- Dust door frames and all wall trim
- Dust behind furniture (with wand)
Bathrooms
- Dust all horizontal surfaces, and light fixtures
- Dust towel rods and toilet paper holders
- Disinfect Toilet: Scrub inside including under rim, wipe outside and dust behind
- Wash Shower doors + scrub tile and scrub grout, wash and wipe walls
- Scrub Bath Tubs, polish/dry tub faucets
- Wash and shine Mirrors
- Wash sink faucets, sink and scrub drain
- Wipe counters (lift and wipe all items)
- Dust window blinds and ledge
- Spot Clean cabinet fronts
Hand Wash Baseboards
Kitchen
- Wipe all horizontal surfaces, counters and backsplash
- Wipe all vertical surfaces of appliances
- Spot Clean Cabinet Fronts
- Clean Oven knobs & Range Cooktop (use nonabrasive cloth on cooktops) + Hood
- Wash Sink including scrubbing drains, scrub around faucet base + shine faucet Clean switch plates
- Vacuum floor/ attention under cabinets
- Mop Floor
- Vacuum area rugs (lift and clean under)
- Clean Inside and Outside of Microwave
Entry / LR + Dining / Closets
- Lift and Wipe all Décor including hand dust furniture and wall hangings
- Dust window blinds, ledges & window trim Vacuum or run duster under furniture
- Vacuum carpets
- Vacuum or shake out small area rugs
- Dust Ceiling Fans
- Wash Dining room table and wipe chairs
- Vacuum air intake vents / air return grills
- Dust light fixtures and lamps
- Vacuum then Damp Mop Hard Floors
- Clean mirrors and glass
- Dry dust electronics with microfiber
- (excludes TV or computer SCREEN face)
- Vacuum Fabric Couch / Sofa
- Clean stairs & Rails (if applicable)
Utility Room
- Door knobs and light switches
- Dust tops of washer and dryer
- Vacuum and wash floor
